Police looking for man to assist with case of voluntarily causing grievous hurt

SINGAPORE - The police are appealing for information on the man in the image to help them with investigations into a case of voluntarily causing grievous hurt, reported on Joo Seng Road.
The incident happened on Aug 20, 2014, at about 7.30pm.
The man is described to be in his thirties, about 1.65m tall, and of athletic build.
He was last seen wearing a light yellow T-shirt, dark-coloured bermudas and a pair of track shoes. He was also wearing a cap and carrying a backpack.
