Police looking for man to assist with bicycle theft case

The police are looking for the man in the above picture to assist with investigations into a case of bicycle theft reported in the Commonwealth Avenue area on March 27.
The man is believed to be aged between 25 and 35 and has short hair and a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue Bermudas and white slippers.
