Police looking for man in loanshark harassment case at Serangoon North

SINGAPORE: Police are looking for the man shown in the above pictures to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment which took place along Serangoon North Ave 3 on March 23.
The man is believed to be in his 30s, is of fair complexion and medium build. He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt, beige shorts and sandals, and was wearing a black cap.
