Police looking for man in bicycle theft case
The man is believed to be in his 20s, has a medium build and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and long pants.

SINGAPORE - A man in his 20s is being sought by the police for his suspect involvement in a case of bicycle theft.
The incident occurred on at Block 58 Havelock Road on Oct 22, the police said in a statement today (Nov 6).
The man, of medium build, was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and long pants.
