SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man to help with investigations in a case of outrage of modesty.
The incident occurred occurred on a west bound MRT train on Jan 9 at about 2.45 pm.
He is believed to be a male Chinese about 1.70m tall. He was last seen wearing a white polo tee with orange collar, and striped black and white cardigan, and a pair of grey pants. He was also seen carrying a grey haversack with orange trimmings.
