Police appealing for information on man involved in rash act

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the image above to assist with investigations into a case of rash act at Punggol Field on Nov 22, 2014.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, bermudas and a pair of black slippers.
