Police appeal of information on theft case

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on this man to assist with investigations into a case of theft reported at a shopping centre along Upper Thomson Road on Feb 16, 2014 at about 12.20pm, and another shopping centre along Orchard Road at about 2.10pm.
The man is believed to be Chinese, in his 30s, bespectacled, of medium build, with black curly hair and fair complexion.
He was wearing a black printed T-shirt and black pants.
