Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 53-year-old Sim Chor Siang to come forward.
Madam Sim Chor Siang, who was a former resident of Bright Hill Evergreen Home at Senja Road, died at National University Hospital on May 8, 2012.
The next-of-kin or anyone with information can call the Police hotline at 1800 255-0000.
