Police appeal for information on theft at Lorong Mambong

Police are looking for the person shown in the picture to assist in investigations into a case of theft in a cafe located along Lorong Mambong on July 27, 2012.
The person has a fair complexion, short black hair and a slim build. The person was last seen wearing a light-coloured long-sleeved checked shirt and long pants.
