Police appeal for information on outrage of modesty case

Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty along Buffalo Road on May 31, 2012 at about 3pm.

The man has a dark complexion and was last seen wearing a red polo t-shirt with white horizontal stripes and blue jeans. He is said to be in his late twenties or early thirties.
