Police are looking for the man shown in the picture on the right to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty reported in the vicinity of Hougang Avenue 5 on March 30.
The young man, likely to be in his twenties, is about 1.7m tall, has short, black hair and is of slim build.
He has a fair complexion and was last seen wearing a black Adidas T-shirt and brown bermudas. He was also wearing frameless spectacles and slippers.
