Police appeal for information on missing 22-year-old

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Xu Yifei (above), who was reported missing on Nov 26 last year.
The 22-year-old was last seen at 31 Lower Kent Ridge Road at about 9am on Nov 16.
He is about 1.7m tall and was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt and a pair of blue bermudas.
