Police appeal for information on loanshark harassment

The police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment around Yishun St 61.

He is believed to be in his 20s, medium build with fair complexion and short hair. He was last seen attired in a black t-shirt, black Bermudas and carrying a sling bag.
