1st, gahem insists all employers especially MNCs to have their local roles published/advertised for 2 weeks in local media prior considering their preferances . . . .
so all these MNCs just advertised lohhh, 2 week oni mahhh - they will NEVER bother to look into local applications!
other MNCs whom declared these roles for locals, wayang wayang abit then bring along their preferred their candidates from their countries!
but the biggest wayang kings are none other than our gahmen, they know these jobs are wayang and they consolidated all of them into mycareersfuture.sg
brainwashing all sillyporeans that jobs are plenty. worst, our gahmen transform their cronies into job councilor or coach - even erected buildings and organizations to scam
job seekers are intimidated to take on lower jobs when no response from mycareersfuture.sg, the fact is MNCs PMET jobs in mycareersfuture.sg do NOT EXIST at all!
this legitimate scam has been going on for years, extended from a team into erecting whole buildings of cronies, feeding their created hierachy of minions for milllions$$$
