My opinion of Pinky is that he'll try all means and methods to grow the country's GDP, even to the extend of causing sufferance to its own pure born and bred citizens. That's because only when the GDP is ever rising, will the MIWs be able to continue to justify their enormously obscene (high) salaries.
He has totally no concern for the well being and care for the mid and lower income groups. He is definitely not a good leader to its general population, but only to those elites, probably around 35% of them.
Sad to say, the influx of FTs will remain as long as the PAPies are in power because they can never deviate from their course of governance anymore. Going into the future, there can only be 2 options: vote them out and bet on what the next government can do to improve for the mid and lower income groups, or, continue with the status quo and these people will just have to endure and suffer in silence. Whatever it is, we don't have to be the best in everything. Otherwise, there will be no end to the competition. After all, due to our small and limited land size, our economy can never be comparable to the other 3 ASEAN nations (namely, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia), not to even mention internationally against Japan, Korea, etc.
