Corruption is tolerated in many countries. When these foreigners came to sinapor, they see nothing wrong in taking and offering bribes. People in power connived with favour seekers to circumvent the rules and systems.

What is there to stop a foreign employer running a company to offer sky high salaries to employees to get passes that allow them to bring shiploads of relatives to reside in sinapor?

All it needs is for the employees to reimburse the employers in their own homeland for the excess amount paid in salaries.

Pappies should limit each high flying foreigner to bring in only 2 family members on dependants' pass, not the whole lot of them from grandfathers to grand uncles and their children, cousins, etc.

Unfortunately, pappies are too dumb to understand such trickery.

Foreign students allowed into the country and they moonlighted as GROs in night clubs, KTVs, for extra bucks as prostitutes. Didn't the pappies know about this or they just closed their eyes?

Foreign students, even school children from Indian encouraged to apply for free scholarship to study in the country while local students have to pay for their education. What kind of shitty Govt running the country today?
