PM must tell Koh Poh Koon what to do

The comment about the lesson he learnt is quite telling. He is blaming it on a weak team.

Not only that! It would appear that he thinks highly of his own calibre and would not be confined to a mere MP's role. His mentor hinted openly that KPK has potential or is of ministerial material. In the next GE, he would be parachuted in as MP in a safe GRC. Making changes from within the ruling party as an MP must now be put on hold when he failed to get elected. The people of PE had spoken!

KPK has nothing to lose after failing in the election. He is better off looking at asshole daily and make tons of money.

You are absolutely right. He can go back to his daily 18-(ass)holes and 9-(ass)holes on Saturdays.

Sundays no 18 holes on the golf-course - check on the progress of that Rivervale Plaza and picking up dead leaves which clog the drains.

PAP candidate Koh Poh Koon will wait for the Prime Minister to decide how he should contribute in the days ahead, but branch activists at Punggol East will continue to serve residents in the ward.

you are indeed your own man... not :p:p:p

Of course he need to WAIT to negotiate his remuneration package... Don't expect him to give up his well paid specialist to be a grassroot advisor.

If you're him, would you work hard for your residents when your main income is not from it? This is why LLL would be a better MP.

I agree wholeheartedly with this statement. If Koh had been given more time, he would have won handsomely. After all, it's pretty obvious he's far better qualified to be an MP.

The PAP asked for minimal number of days of campaign. If the campaign period was longer, there would be more expose on the PAP.

In what way is he better qualified to be an MP? Just because he is an elite?

They can make him a political secretary to the Health Minister. He would earn $1 million salary. Now that's easy money for him.

Here's an individual that has publicly professed to care about the welfare of the people of PE. But after his election defeat, he has lost that desire to serve the people. Instead, he must be told by LHL on his next step. So much for an individual of calibre. And sadly, he is also a CO in the reserves!

Aside, he takes credit for getting the 43 percent of the votes! It is not him, it is the party!

hi there

1. :D:D:D
2. it just reflects on how passionate the dafter sheep takes the ground work in pe.
3. it is all about winning and nothing else really matters.
4. the residents made it right & proud.
5. dafter sheep is some dafter sheep after all.
6. waiting for the next instruction from its grand masters.

hi there

1. sammy, its team is suppose to harness the besterest of the best mah:D
2. a loser is still a loser whether given more time or more dafter sheep in its toll.
3. what a load of crap!

Classic, classic archetype of a yes-man. "Waiting for further instructions, master."

I'm glad Punggol East residents didn't choose this wayang asshole to be their MP.

You do have to realise that the folks at Marine Parade didn't have much choice.

It's either Woody or Got more shit. Now seriously, who would you have voted for?

Definitely not "wooden" or "turkey dressing", I would vote in "no man's land" if the other offering is worse.

But his compassion as shown during the hustings is for the $..a no, no, it will be $11.50 for an operation he will tell you, but does not come with the chop sticks.

Dr Ass Koh - I am not a yes-man. But whenever my boss said 'NO', I said 'NO'.

I believe he will be put into oblivion by the PAPies. Seriously, he had also committed a few mistakes at his press interviews during his several ward visits. His snobbish talk about everybody having a car and he has 2, will definitely not go down well with the average Sinkies, who can hardly even afford the COE. By directly avoiding the issue of unrestricted use of Medisave for those aged above 75 years (as proposed by LLL) is another shot in his own foot.

Overall, he may be a good doctor, but not necessary a capable politician.

But what if he was doing exactly as he was told by his minders (aka Ser Fcuk and Kee Chiu??)

Then really he is right....getting these 2 idiots to help run his campaign was probably a mission doomed from the start.....

goes to demonstrate the complete and utter disconnect the PAP has with the realities which confronted it.

TCH was the real master running this campaign. Thats why the campaign thought that fleshing out the sob stories of koh past is going to win votes. TCH himself born with silver spoon, never a single day of hardship.

Methinks that stupid cock (who calls himself a surgeon) actually believed what LHL said as an enticement to voters as the real truth....

somebody please go and tell the dumbfuck that it aint gonna happen and that LHl was just tickling his balls and using these promises to bait the dumbassed voters in PE who would believed such BS....These promises are as empty as the PAP's promises to not go ahead to push for 7 mil in Singapore....

in short Dr KPK... you wanna wait?? then you better be prepared to Tang kuu kuu

We hope Pinky will field more candidates like this Dr Koh for the next GE.

He once said that he was "waiting for the green light from the top".

Do not expect too much from this man, he is unlikely to be a person who speaks up readily against social injustice or inequity.
