Under old man ruling there wasn't much episode like corruption, sex scandal, mata mata killing citizen,

Seem that all the problems comes from inside, meaning top civil servant ain't behaving properly!

CPIB is not under Teo Chee Hean. It's under PM. ET got his come uppance for fixing NBG.

think so too, and having one of his Asst Dir commit fraud was the last (albeit convenient) straw to get of rid him. Perhaps posting him to head the anti / counter terrorism dept would be a good choice to shield him further as they operate under a cloak of secrecy. Teng would be happy to follow him.

They are paid more than enough, it is greed, for greed breeds more greed..this needs to be fixed...you fix the source of greed, they are paid well enough, not to be corrupted....
