anyone here can post the police reports made be the 20s people against Amos?

Let's look and study the statements has any of these in it:

1. frivolous;
2. vexatious;
3. vendetta;
4. vindictive.

from the complainants.

Under Sec 27 & 28 of defamation Act 1974, if police drop the charge, or any of the charges, the defendant can sue these complainants for defamation under Sec 27 & 28. Remember it is the police duty to investigate the complaint statements, the case, for the above 4 conditions before laid charge.

If any of the complainants decided to withdraw their statements, feel regrets, it is too late and can be sued by the defendant under Sec 27 & 28.

Don't think can suka suka filed police report against someone and can get away? If police wish NOT to take action on the complaint statement it is up to the defendant to sue the plaintiff for defamation Sec 27 & 28.

If you feel upset with a speech by a ministar, you can file a police report claiming harassment.

Our poodles will be able to charge the ministar quickly as they have shown being able to move fast on Famous Amos.
