So finally I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3mini for her. 10,900 baht + 100 baht for screen protector film = 11,000 baht. Not so bad for a new model here. She happy like a toad.

Your $358 Samsung is pretty unbelievable because the telcos are still selling it at $518 while export sets sold by small shops and warranty by these small shops are $358.

So, am I paying more? Even if I am, I am very very very happy because I can afford to pay more and I am happy to pay more.

Noted with thanks. You're right some things some places are cheaper some places are more expensive. It's like I cannot blame Singaporeans why buy Corolla in Singapore why not buy in Thailand just not practical.
