A PLAYGROUND operator has lost its appeal against a mother who had successfully sued it for failing to keep its playground equipment safe.
The woman's daughter needed 10 stitches after an accident on a slide in a playground at Turf City in March last year.
The child, then aged six, had her leg gashed by a bolt securing some safety netting to the slide.
