昨天辽宁舰在大连造船厂由几条拖轮的牵引下缓缓驶离码头,据说放了鞭炮。在舰岛上新刷的舷号16格外引人注目。而我们关心的国产首艘航母主机也在点火,淡淡的黑烟从烟囱排出,桅顶也悬挂了巨大的国旗,相信不久两条航母都有大动作,这则网页不简单啊。

到了今年元月中旬,辽宁舰脚手架已全部拆除,并在甲板上停了歼-15舰载战斗机模型,下旬就开始修理后的第一次海试。说到涂装,我们的两条航母对防锈涂层进行重喷作业,而跑道上的起降标识也重新划过,以崭新的面貌展现给我们。

综合来看,辽宁舰服役6年来,积累了很多的小问题,这次一并解决了。优化了动力系统及航海/航空指挥室。相信船电、指挥、武器等一系列设备者进行了与新航母差不多的升级。这也是为辽宁舰能更好的实战化而准备,并不是光训练实验用了。

经过九个月的修理维护,加之重新涂装,在我们的面前辽宁舰又是新的了,未来我们会探索出一条航母的维修方案,比如如何升船电武器设备,培训新手,以及舰载机的恢复性,磨合性周期训练。这都要我们的海军去摸索的过程。而我们的国产航母,如今状态也是最好的,我们期待着,属于他的舰载机何时起降,何时刷号,何时入列行成战力。

其实在CCTV7的节目中,大部分内容都是环境可靠性测试,主要检验的是轻武器在各种复杂环境下,是否还能保证正常运作。
比如说像高温测试,这就是国际上通用的一种测试方式,主要检验轻武器在高温环境下的可靠性。在高温下,枪械的零部件就会膨胀,而且由于枪械零部件的材料不同,膨胀的体积也不一定相同。在这种情况下,枪械能否正常运作就会是一个大问题。

而低温测试的道理也是相似的。除此之外,某些材料在低温的情况下,还会导致变脆。比如说最早的AUG自动步枪,在进行低温试验时,就曾出现过聚合物枪身在冷冻之后被摔裂的故障,这是因为在材料科学还不太发达的上个世纪。如果放在今天的话,应该不会出这种问题了。

首先嘛,就是大家很少听到的一个测试,那就是蹓弹测试。其实这个测试很简单,就是把子弹装进弹匣之后,通过拉枪机柄或者滑套的方式,来让子弹抛出。这样可以有效检验枪械在运作中是否有问题。

除了不太常见的蹓弹之外,还有高压弹/强装弹测试。一般来说,枪膛的强度不能刚好达到要求的临界值,可以承受的膛压应当更高才行,毕竟作为一把军用武器,不能在喂的口粮上“挑食”。比如说在1987年,刚刚上马没多久的M9手枪,就曾因为发射膛压较大的M882 9mm手枪弹,而导致套筒意外断裂。

大家都知道,评价一支枪械的耐用程度,主要看其寿命如何。那么轻武器的寿命测试也就是必不可少得了。在这点上,各国也有所不同。比如说以美国为例吧,自动步枪和手枪的寿命测试多为6000发。而我国在早期一般是15000发,后来又改成了10000发。

除此之外,还有枪械零部件的互换性测试了。这也是考验轻武器的加工水平。以我们国家的54式手枪为例,由于当时的工艺水平所限,弹匣就没有纳入互换性测试。换句话说,54式手枪在指标上是允许不互换的手枪弹匣的。

最后一个,那就是准确性测试了,换个通俗易懂的说法,那就是测精度。当然嘛,测精度的方式那可就多了,而且门道也是很多的。比如说国际通用的测量单位,那就是R50、D100这种比较直观的测量单位。
除此之外还有不同的测试方式,比如说每打多少保养擦拭一次,每次射击的间隔为多少时间等等。

当然除了上面说的这些外,还有很多其它种类的试验,比如说在部队试验中海区试验、高原试验等等。必须要通过这些试验,才能全面的对一把枪做出性能上的评价。当然,如此繁多的测试,枪械在某个试验上通不过也就是很正常的事了。

In general, the quality of light weapons is mainly through analysis of these six properties: the reliability, accuracy, durability, stability, mobility and economy of light weapons.

The content of the light weapons test is mainly divided into three types:

1. Environmental reliability test

2. Institutional reliability test

3. Accuracy test.

In fact, most of the CCTV7 programs are environmental reliability tests. The main test is whether light weapons can guarantee normal operation under various complicated environments.

For example, like high temperature testing, this is a common test method in the world, mainly to test the reliability of light weapons in high temperature environments. At high temperatures, the components of the firearm will expand, and the volume of the expansion will not necessarily be the same due to the different materials of the firearm components. In this case, the normal operation of the firearms will be a big problem.

The reason for the low temperature test is similar. In addition, certain materials can cause brittleness at low temperatures. For example, the earliest AUG automatic rifle, when the low temperature test was carried out, there was a failure of the polymer gun body to be broken after freezing, because the material science was not developed in the last century. If you put it today, you should not have this problem.

And the battlefield is no more than our living environment, such as muddy water, it is also normal. Therefore, the m&d test of weapons is also essential. For example, in the XM9 pistol selection that the United States began in the early 1980s, there was a m&d test.

In addition to m&d, anti-corrosion is also essential. Especially in humid environments such as jungles and coastal areas, weapons are very likely to rust. Therefore, the anti-corrosion test of weapons must also be essential. In the second XM9 selection in 1984, there was a brine test. The specific way of operation is to throw the pistol and magazine into the salt water and take it out after three to five days. Who has the lowest failure rate and who has the highest rust test score.

First of all, it is a test that everyone rarely hears, that is, the shot test. In fact, this test is very simple, that is, after loading the bullet into the magazine, the bullet is thrown by pulling the handle or sliding sleeve. This can effectively check whether the firearm is in operation.

In addition to the less common shots, there are high-pressure bombs/strong load tests. In general, the strength of the shot cannot be just reached the required threshold, and the pressure that can be withstood should be higher. After all, as a military weapon, it cannot be "picky" on the fed ration. For example, in 1987, the M9 pistol, which had not been on the horse for a long time, had accidentally broken the sleeve due to the launch of the M882 9mm pistol with a large pressure.

Everyone knows that evaluating the durability of a firearm depends mainly on its longevity. Then the life test of light weapons is also indispensable. In this regard, countries also differ. For example, in the United States, the life test of automatic rifles and pistols is mostly 6,000 rounds. In China, it was generally 15,000 in the early days and later changed to 10,000.

In addition to this, there are interchangeability tests for firearm parts. This is also the level of processing of light weapons. Taking the 54-type pistol in our country as an example, due to the limitations of the state of the art at the time, the magazine was not included in the interchangeability test. In other words, the Type 54 pistol is an indicator that allows pistol impeachment that is not interchangeable.

The last one, that is, the accuracy test, another easy-to-understand statement, that is the accuracy of the measurement. Of course, the way to measure accuracy is much more, and the doorway is also a lot. For example, the international common measurement unit, that is, the relatively intuitive measurement unit of R50 and D100.

In addition to this, there are different test methods, such as how many times each maintenance is wiped, how much time each shot is, and so on.
