一直以来,“雄风”三型反舰导弹都是台军和部分台湾媒体宣称的“航母杀手”,在他们口中,不要说对付解放军的航母和战舰,就是美国海军航母战斗群,遇上“雄三”也是有来无回。就连美国和日本都极度“眼馋”“雄三”,一直想从台湾购买这种导弹……

2016年7月1日,台军锦江级巡逻舰“金江”号在进行“雄风”三型导弹的测试时,失误射出一枚“雄风”三型导弹。导弹飞行了约40海里后,在澎湖列岛的东南方海域命中高雄籍渔船“翔利昇”号。“翔利昇”号船长当场死亡,三名船员受伤。导弹贯穿船体后继续飞行一段时间,随后坠入大海。

这号称能“摧毁美国海军航母战斗群”的“雄三飞弹”,怎么打一艘小渔船还这么困难呢?其实,这还真不是导弹的错。作为一种超音速反舰导弹,“雄风”三型导弹能够有效的贯穿现代军舰的多层舱壁,在舰体内部爆炸。而渔船的船体在超音速导弹面前薄的像纸一样,导弹打在上面当然是一穿而过。并不是“雄三”威力不够,只是渔船太小了而已。

尽管如此,“雄三”的性能仍然难说是尽如人意。首先我们忽略部分媒体的搞笑信息,从技术上对“雄风”三型导弹进行分析。作为一种超音速反舰导弹,“雄风”三显然是比较先进的:毕竟全世界也没有多少国家和地区具备研制超音速反舰导弹的能力。

但如果和同一级别的超音速反舰导弹相比,“雄风”三可就有点露怯了。“雄风”三型导弹采用的是液态燃料冲压发动机,并在弹体外加装火箭助推器的设计。虽然台媒总是号称“雄三飞弹”是自主研发,但其实“雄风”三的设计仍然起源自美国。

超音速战术导弹(STM)
20世纪60年代,美国沃特公司开始了ALVRJ计划,准备研制一种“先进小体积冲压发动机”。ALVRJ后来转变为“超音速战术导弹”(STM)计划,不过最终被美国海军取消。经过了十多年的研发和竞标,沃特公司投入了大量的资金和时间,但却被美国海军放弃。1984年,这个“倒霉孩子”也被转手出售,接盘的正是台“中科院”。

鹰击一号(C-101)导弹
在STM的基础上,台“中科院”结合此前开发“熊二”的经验,很快照葫芦画瓢的搞出了样弹。1997年,“雄三”的原型弹首飞,可以说这个时候,“雄风”三型导弹的性能在世界上还是比较先进的,稍稍强于中国大陆同一时期研制的“鹰击一号”导弹,但仍然逊于俄罗斯的Kh-31P反舰导弹。

不过如今距离“雄三”首飞,已经过去了整整22年,“鹰击一号”也进化成了“鹰击-18”。作为一种上世纪60年代技术改进而来的超音速反舰导弹,“雄三”相比鹰击-18、“布拉莫斯”和ASM-3等新时代反舰导弹,无疑已经大幅落后了。

Kh-31导弹

当然,我们这里就不拿威力巨大的“雄三飞弹”和俄罗斯最新的“锆石”高超音速反舰导弹对比了,毕竟这两种导弹根本不是一个量级的。

而台湾部分媒体将“雄三飞弹”吹成是“航母杀手”更是一厢情愿了。要知道面对防御完备的航母战斗群,少数几枚反舰导弹根本无法造成什么有效损害。如果面对装备和战术水平接近甚至超过解放军的对手,台军绝大多数水面舰艇都会在第一时间被摧毁,很难构成有效打击。

相比舰载的“雄三”,陆基的导弹发射车的隐蔽性更强,威胁还要稍大一些。但当对手掌握制空权后,这些陆基发射车的生存性也实在是堪忧,基本上沦为“一次性”用品。或许能够损伤几艘中小型舰船,但很难威胁到航母等大型战舰。

For a long time, the "Xiongfeng" type III anti-ship missiles have been declared as "carrier killers" by the Taiwan military and some Taiwan media. How can it be so difficult to hit a small fishing boat with this "male three missile" that can "destroy the US Navy aircraft carrier battle group"? In fact, this is really not the fault of the missile. As a supersonic anti-ship missile, the "Xiongfeng" type 3 missile can effectively penetrate the multilayer bulkheads of modern warships and explode inside the hull. The hull of the fishing boat is thin and paper-like in front of the supersonic missile, and of course the missile hits it. In the 1960s, the American Water Company started the ALVRJ program, preparing to develop an "advanced small-volume stamping engine". ALVRJ later transformed into the Supersonic Tactical Missile (STM) program, but was eventually cancelled by the US Navy. After more than ten years of research and development and bidding, Water Company invested a lot of money and time, but was abandoned by the US Navy. In 1984, this "unlucky child" was also sold for sale, and it was the Taiwan "Chinese Academy of Sciences" that took over.

Eagle Strike One (C-101) Missile

Based on the STM, the "Chinese Academy of Sciences" of Taiwan combined with the previous experience of developing "Bear II", and took a snapshot of the gourd painting. In 1997, the prototype of the "Xiong III" flew for the first time. At this time, it can be said that the performance of the "Xiongfeng" type III missile is still relatively advanced in the world, slightly stronger than the "Eagle Strike 1" missile developed in the same period in mainland China. Kh-31 missile

If compared with the third brother's "Brahmos", then the performance of "Three Missiles" is simply incomparable. As a heavy anti-ship missile, "Brahmos" weighs 3 tons, which is more than double that of "Xiao III". Its range is far more than that of "XIII", and it can even carry a nuclear warhead. And even though the size is larger, the Brahmos can be launched from a fighter plane, which is also impossible for the "Three Heroes".

ASM-3 supersonic anti-ship missile

Compared with Japan's ASM-3 anti-ship missiles, the "Three Miscellaneous" is even more "stupid and rough." ASM-3 not only uses advanced integrated rocket ram engine technology, but also adopts a stealth design. It is a completely new generation of supersonic anti-ship missiles. Although the future of ASM-3 is unclear and the performance is not satisfactory to the Self-Defense Force, it is still not comparable to the antique "Three Men". It is no wonder Japan wants Japan to purchase "Three Men" from Taiwan.

Of course, we will not compare the powerful "Three Missiles" with Russia's latest "Zircon" hypersonic anti-ship missiles. After all, these two missiles are not an order of magnitude at all.

Carrier-based "Xiongfeng" three missiles

And some Taiwan media have made the "Three Missiles" a "carrier killer" even more wishful thinking. We must know that in the face of a well-defended carrier battle group, a few anti-ship missiles cannot cause any effective damage at all. If confronted with opponents whose equipment and tactical levels are close to or even higher than those of the PLA, most surface ships of the Taiwan Army will be destroyed in the first place, making it difficult to constitute an effective strike.

Compared with the shipborne "Xiong III", the land-based missile launch vehicle is more concealed and the threat is slightly greater. However, when the opponent has control of the air, the survivability of these land-based launch vehicles is really worrying, basically reduced to "disposable" supplies. It may be able to damage several small and medium ships, but it is difficult to threaten large warships such as aircraft carriers.

There is no exact data for the "Xiongsan" range extension in this report, but if it is really "capable of reaching Zhejiang" as claimed by some Taiwan media, then the volume of the "Xiongsan" range will certainly be even greater Can not be shoved into the launch box of ordinary "Three Thirds" is a problem.
