人民解放军于4月18日，在我福建省石狮地区台海当面进行了陆军航空兵实弹演习，引发台湾岛内军民的巨大震动，至今余波未了。台当局防务部门坚称这只是我军“例行的训练演习”，力图轻描淡写，淡化这次演习的真实意图，降低军演对台湾岛内政局影响的严重性，以自欺欺人和掩耳盗铃的说法，装作别人都看不见，祈望这次“地震”影响尽快过去。这就有必要把这次演习说道说道了。

一是演习地域。 其处于福建晋江石狮镇沿海，这一地域南距金门岛60千米，西南距澎湖列岛240千米，正东距台湾本岛300千米，完全处于台湾海峡中心地带，根本不是我例行军演的贯常场所。在陈水扁、马英九当政的十几年里，为避免军事训练演习对岛内造成不必要的影响，我南京军区组织年度例行性军演，都有意避开台湾当面。北面转移到浙江沿海，因为福建沿海有数个台占的小岛，如东引、乌丘、马祖、金门、大担等；南边转移到闽粤交界的东山岛及以西的南澳岛，就怕惊着台湾那些胆小如鼠的人。
就连2015年底蔡英文赢得“大选”，当时的第31集团军军演也是在东山岛举行，只是在政治上给即将上台的蔡英文一个警告，并不打算真动她。那么这次演习，完全不考虑岛内所谓“感受”，把演习地点直接摆到台湾海峡的最核心位置，而这一位置从来就不是演习场，而是预设战场！打开地图看看，稍有军事常识的网友都会明白，如果把远程火箭炮阵地和陆航的前进基地部署在此处，将直接威胁澎湖和台湾本岛。

二是演习时间。 4月份组织兵种实弹演习，并不是我军的习惯做法。年度训练，一般从单兵（单装）开始，逐级向高一层级实施，依次完成基础训练、应用训练、兵种训练，一般在本年度夏季完成；然后是军种合成训练、三军联合训练，一般在本年度冬季完成。
按贯常做法，4月应进行基础训练，少数进度快的兵种部队可能进入应用训练阶段，怎么会进行陆航单一兵种最高训练阶段—— 实弹演习？这一大幅度提前的动作，就是告诉岛内，这次演习是为岛内“台独”闹剧量身定做的。也可明说，就是为赖清德踩线出格的台独言论的“私人订制”。我国台办主任刘结一说，赖“就是一个台独”，这就是警告，将来武统的炮弹只会落在“台独”头上。

三是演习内容。 在将来武统台湾的斗争中，我武装直升机担负三个任务：
①与敌武装直升机做斗争，掩护我登陆兵抢滩上陆。我武直10直升机与台湾新列装的美制阿帕奇直升机相比，虽然全面战技术指标相对落后，但从作战运用的角度看，武直10中型直升机的长项是空中格斗，机动性好，配备了世界上唯一一种为武装直升机设计的空对空格斗导弹；而阿帕奇重型直升机的长项是对地攻击，它的反坦克导弹兼用于空中格斗。在直升机空中格斗中，武直10占上风。直升机格斗训练，是陆航部队的常年任务。
②拦截和消灭向我登陆兵发起反突击和逆袭的台军机动联兵旅。当然，在我直升机拦截之前，我远程火箭炮的杀伤子母弹和末敏弹，已把敌反突击和逆袭部队打得溃不成军，直升机只是加了个双重保险，确保我登陆兵不受大的威胁。
③打击和消灭台海军小型舰艇。台军以沱江舰为自豪，以为装上雄风对舰对地导弹就所向无敌了。岛内还有“军事专家”吹嘘“蚂蚁攻大象”，用小艇围攻我大舰，快打快撤。这又是想当然了。台海军小艇防空力量十分薄弱，对来自几千米外的空中打击毫无还手之力。武直10甚至武直9追打台军的小艇，就如同老鹰抓兔子，一抓一个准。这次军演，陆航小分队和单机一级自主规划航线，自主搜索和确定打击目标，自主对海上标靶和模拟舰船发起攻击，属于“自由作战”，十分接近实战。当然，这些演习内容都离不开上述三个任务，是我陆航部队参加军种合成训练和三军联合训演前的基础性、应用性课目。

四是演习部队。 参演陆航旅隶属陆军第73集团军，该军继承了原第31集团军优良传统和作战任务，无论在原福州军区、原南京军区和现东部战区，经多次转隶，但它的主要作战方向从来未变过，即台海地区。该军组建于解放战争时期，比起红军和抗日的老部队，它只是一个小兄弟，但在解放军历次精减中唯独留下它，并不断扩展实力。

The second is exercise time. The practice of organizing live-fire exercises in April is not our military's usual practice. The annual training is generally started from individual soldiers (single load) and implemented step by step to the next higher level. The basic training, application training and arms training are completed in turn, usually in the summer of this year; then the service mix training and the three-armed joint training are generally performed. This season is completed in winter.
According to the usual practice, basic training should be conducted in April, and a small number of fast-promoting arms may enter the application training stage. How will the maximum training phase of the aviation industry be conducted? This large-scale advancement is to tell the island that this exercise is tailor-made for the island's "Taiwan independence" farce. It can also be said that it is "private ordering" for Lai Tak-tei to step on the line of Taiwan independence. Liu Jieyi, director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of our country, said that Lai is “a Taiwan independence” and this is a warning. In the future, the artillery shells of Wutong will only fall on “Taiwan’s independence”.

The third is the exercise content. In the fight against Wutong Taiwan in the future, I will assume three tasks:
1 Struggling with enemy helicopters to shield me from landing on the ground. Compared with the US-made Apache helicopters newly installed in Taiwan, Wu Zhe 10 helicopters are relatively backward in terms of their full-fledged technical indicators. From the perspective of combat operations, however, the long-term of Wu Zhong 10 medium-sized helicopters is air fighting, and its maneuverability is good. The world's only air-to-air-space missile designed for armed helicopters; and the strength of the Apache heavy-duty helicopter is a ground attack, and its anti-tank missile is also used for air combat. In the air combat of helicopters, Wu Zhi 10 has the upper hand. Helicopter combat training is a perennial task of the Army Aviation Corps.
2 Intercepting and eliminating the Taiwan military mobile united brigade that launched a counter-attack and counter-attack to the landed soldiers. Of course, before my helicopter intercepted, my long-range rocket launcher's killing of the submunitions and the terminal-sensitive bombs had defeated the enemy anti-assault and counter-attack units. These are the basic and applied subjects of our army aviation forces before they participate in military synthesis training and joint military training of the three armed forces.

Fourth, exercise troops. Participating in the Luhang Brigade is part of the 73rd Army of the Army. The army inherited the fine traditions and combat missions of the former No. 31 Army. No matter whether it was in the former Fuzhou Military Command, the former Nanjing Military Command, or the eastern eastern theater, it was transferred several times but its main operational direction was. Has never changed, that is, the Taiwan Strait area. The army was established during the liberation war. Compared to the Red Army and the old forces that resisted Japan, it was only a younger brother. However, it left it alone in the PLA's successive reductions and continued to expand its strength.
In the past 70 years, this army has occupied a favorable position in the "Fujian Front" and has never been removed. Participated in all military preparations for Taiwan and used it as the main force. Its combat readiness, organizational structure, command system, quality of officers and soldiers, and weapons and equipment are different from other forces. This side of the strait has already “had a lot of people” on the side of the strait, and its tension has not diminished, its morale has been strong, and it is eager to fight. He Xiangmei, the “triple amphibious soldier,” is a typical example of the quality of officers and men of this army. The army aviation force participating in this exercise was established as a new combat force for about 10 years. However, it flew over mountains and rivers in Fujian, swept the sea and assaulted the reefs and sea targets, and fought with enemy helicopters. They were all good players for this.
