Pins and needles poking issue revisit - There is Hope

Just sharing with SBF as there might be people having same problem.
Last year I posted a thread about me encountering 100s of thousands of pins and needles piercing through my skin while sleeping.
Today then I discovered there are many people also having this problem from this health thread http://www.steadyhealth.com/topics/pins-and-needles-all-over-my-body?page=7

Till today I encounter this problem, likely it is due to some neuro issue, taking vitamin B12 might help

Hi choot, on which area of the skin, ie, foot, palm, shoulder?.
Does it goes away after a while or the pain lingers for half hour or more?.

Hi. It is the whole body fm including hand feet thigh leg etc.
from the thread I read seems like it is pretty.common for all ages. Usually after awake it will slowly go off after 15mins or so. But during sleep when it gets started is a painful piercing feel like the whole body pores r exploding with needles.

Vitamin B12 deficiency syndrome. I always take a pill that melts under the tongue whenever I start to feel "electricity" in my extremities. Luckily, I never experienced the exploding needles sensation.
