We used to hire philipinos but have stopped from feb 2011 onwards. they gang up and lie a fair amount of time. They say they can work long hours -this is not a positive sign, its a sign of working stupidly. So hiring them so that one doesnt need to pay ot is not a sign of productivity. We had 3 philipinos and 2 singaporeans in one of our outlets that my company manages. they ganged up on the 2 local girls, chased one out so that they could take over the shift and "supervise" each other. guess what - customer svs went down the drain and the next door who had all chinese doubled his sales!!!
