They have to buy positive reviews because Manila has so many problems: traffic jams, violent crime, kidnappings,... Remember what happened to a hongkie tour group? Their bus was hijacked by an unhappy ex-policeman & a few people were killed.

In Manila it's quite common for businessmen to have an armed bodyguard
They are usually also the driver. Not my idea of a fun city to visit & the only reason I have visited Manila was because of business.

Heard so much of Boracay. Boracay doesn't look any much different from the beaches of Thailand.
