well, my coy have pinoys (i don't know if they jump cab or not) but their attitude is not at all friendly. They expect you to help them even when it is not part of your job and if you don't they will email to people saying how unfriendly you were.

On top of that, they like to push things for you to do even when it has nothing got to do with your job scope so when they are busy sipping coffee during unofficial tea breaks with their pinoy gang, you will be busy doing their ****.

I suggest the PMO who hires only quality talent replace all the local non-talents with Filipino staffs for 2-3 years. Then it makes for a better evaluation altogether.
