Pinnacle@Duxton vulnerable to 'skinny' robbers

STOMPer Grace says the big gaps in between the railings at this utility balcony at Pinnacle@Duxton make it potentially vulnerable to robbers, if they are skinny enough to squeeze themselves through.

Grace is the second STOMPer to have given feedback on the security flaws at Pinnacle@Duxton.

Earlier, STOMPer maxsim76 had also complained about some security flaws he discovered there, making the place vulnerable to break-ins and peeping toms.

STOMPer Grace said:

"This may be another potential security flaw or you may find me a paranoid.

"As seen in the pictures, in the utility balcony, there is a big gap between the metal railing and the wall.

"A skinny person may just squeeze through and sneak into the house from the utility door other than the master toilet."

We must ask ourselves, if this a bad design or the constrain of building a five room flat and trying to squeeze onto a 3 roomer sq area ( < 1000 sq ft) ?

Imagine everything will be compacted including whatever external space.

The bad idea of starting off small and you end up being even smaller .
