SINGAPORE - A four-room unit at the premium Pinnacle@Duxton public housing project has broken the $1 million mark in the resale market.
The 48th-floor unit went for $1,028,000 this week, the most that any Pinnacle unit has been resold for thus far.
At least nine other Pinnacle@Duxton flats have been resold since this became possible in December, when owners began meeting the five-year minimum occupation period.
Their prices ranged from $835,000 for a four-roomer to $980,000 for a five-roomer.

Outram Park station quite near what. I agree nothing great though, exterior looks nice but inside it's a typical HDB flat.

Outram Park station is a walking distance.

If you want good location, look at farrer park station. I think there are 4 point blocks with Mrt just downstairs. Rather than pay thru your nose for Pinnacle, anyone with some common sense will go for these blocks.

Still got buyer at this price around $1000 psf...compared to the nearby Iconic... The Clermont going selling at $2500 psf onwards.

It is very much willing-buyer, willing- seller and supply and demand.

My friend receive a note in his letter box from his neighbourhood gangster...just asking M$500 Ang-pow..saying it that it will help their brothers to celebrate the coming Chinese New Year..and the note says their 7 years old grand-daughter is very cute and promise to look after them in their turf...
