Their reticence in declaring total lockdown via Dorscon RED is costing Sg a swift recovery. Piecemeal halfhearted misleading measures have cost us time and money and opportunity.
Having got excited at a window for GE, now they are wary of total lockdown as that will enrage the populace and shave their support during GE because people will then see through their incompetence in this crisis.
