15 unfinished apartment buildings in kunming were demolished as they stood incomplete for over 6.9 years after developer went belly up. they became such an eyesore that the ccp regime tak boleh tahan (them taking land away and not offering housing solutions to any around the area as majority are shit poor in a rural region). how fucked up can this be? see the entire ghost city around the demolition? more demolition yet to cum. lol!

Singapore is even more fcuked up. There are lots of empty buildings, and HDB blocks that have been empty for years. The HDB moved out the tenants and then just left them empty. SOmetimes they move workers in there.

when is hdb going to tear more than a dozen buildings down at one go? it will take years in sg to decide and do an en bloc renewal, and in majority cases never. in prc, don’t even need to reach 10 years. not finished, no occupants (or even if there are squatters), tear down - a prelude of many more buildings built not more than a decade ago during the building boom years. very soon they will tear down occupied buildings to take back land for new (more profitable) bids.

Looking at this situation from a different angle.
Good of PRC to be able to remove such unfinished projects to free up land and demonstrate that they have the resources/wealth to do so..

There are quite a few unfinished giant projects in JB town. Wonder when will these be demolished?
