I don't think PAP will collapse anytime soon .
The only think that will "collapse" is poor
folks savings .
Many teething problems will be onset .
Meaning Your money will be used to
help the poor because of their poor policies
that will come back to haunt them .
Why did the poor became poor ? Because
of a few dollars saving per hour to a worker
but translate to few million profits over a
period for the company .
Indirectly somewhere got to happen a dilution
of goods and services . Or dilution of currency
value . For government to pay back to society .

Construction industry related friends had been talking about this and all pointed to the suspicion of near by Central Line MRT digging caused this shit to happen. That means this is another Nicoll Highway covered up.
What is wrong with you people? The piling test achieved its purpose by proving the foundation inadequate.

no need to hear, wherever you see this, it is load test on actual pile being carried out to see whether the pile is capable to carry load as designed
