You forgot rohingyas are from rakhine( its suppose to be rakhinyas) state. No way were they non natives there. Problem started when LNG was discovered off the coast of rakhine. They plan to build a pipeline to china from there.

China has influence over the Burmese military junta but control is a very big word. Might as well say the same about the USA having control over the Philippines government. Smartness is relative. I'd rather be labelled stupid than clever by half.
