This TOC saw a quarrel over cardboard prices in the streets:

“I saw the two elderly women haggling with the man over the selling price of the cardboards. The man was gesticulating wildly at the women cursing them for wasting his time. I wondered how many elderly Singaporeans are currently working in this “profession” for a living. *SIGH*

PRCs know how to create lobangs where $$$ is to be earned........ take for example this supermarket in Toa Payoh used to allow the neighbourhood old folks to collect the cardboard boxes that they throw away.......... until one day the PRC karang guni man appeared....... The staff of the supermarket will "lock" the cardboard boxes in a cage and then sell them to the PRC karang guni chap...... out of curiousity I had a chat with the PRC and found that he split the profit from selling those cardboard boxes with the supermarket staff :(

haha ...u din noe meh..the PRCs are the best businessmen in the world...for all u noe, he might create a business empire out of this..

If the elderly Singkie women voted for the pappies, I would help the PRC woman.
