NCS and SINGTEL, DBS all work EXCLUSIVELY for MODI GOVERNMENT AND CECA
I came across an advertisement for a senior role for CitiBank SG contract through NCS.
I have done some little research and the same role was advertised in Indian job website

one week before that was actually advertised in Singapore site

My friends shared with me that NCS wants only CECA as they will not even bother to arrange an interview if they know you are a local. He asked locals to remove their nationality - Singaporean or Citizen of Singapore from the CV to get a phone call or email to enquire if you are a PR or foreigner. If you are a citizen of SG they filter you out. They are openly doing it. ,
If you see the website of Indian Government, they named it as NCS too - National Career Service from Ministry of Labour & Employment for CECA
And NCS is shamelessly advertising there
Then I realize Singapore Governet is now working for CECA's welfare. and not for Singaporeans
NCS is OF CECA, CECA, and by CECA
