Perpertrators should be brought to justice

For fear of further personal danger, victims usually dare not come out into exposure, for fear of public shame incurred. Personal protection orders for victims of rape and family violence often are not enough to reassure the victims of no further punishment or physical harm. If there is a way that the authorities may bring about justice to the perpetrators of such violent crimes, and vindicate the victims to serve justice, then the authorities must act, decisively and unequivocally based on their professional judgements and not wait another minute for the cowered victims to stand for themselves, as is weak and unable to do.The victims are waiting for the redressment, to identify them in secret and to see justice meted. There cannot be any excuse for criminals to infest in society.The kingpins esp. in society must pay fully for the wrong.Wat is the question still???
