you're suggesting that those who likes anal sex will go around penetrating other people's ass or get actively seeks to be penetrated, which is not true.

"healthy people": anybody who practise anus sex is in general known to be a much higher overall risk of HIV, kindly validate, justify/ explain scientifically your very liberal use of the term "healthy people".

There are already ample options of masturbation, normal vaginal sex and possibly oral sex as long as the transmission of HIV and other diseases fall below the rate of normal vaginal sex (any speed under the limit on the expressway is kosher as long as the slowest keep left). I have used the analogy of speeding and drink driving and have not even criminalized adultery/promiscuity but u still seem so hell bent on anus sex. Just understand that in a society,there are rules to promote an overall greater good ... do u also object to Singapore's ban on chewing gum (non medicated) too?

Adultery however is a valid grounds for divorce if u must know and HIV drugs in general are not subsidised because of the obvious link between HIV and promiscuity even if the treatment of HIV related medical problems is (unfortunately) still subsidised in general.
