China needs to better secure their servers so that the Yankees cannot hack inside and steal their technology. Chinks are good in Math and Science, while yankees only are good at beer pong and video games.
Stealth just means a smaller radar image, it does not mean invincibility. And no matter how advanced any piece of equipment is, there is always a chance of human error, slackness.
Just update radar and carry one to shot them down, no difference at all. Stealth or non-stealth, they are all shot down in a loud bang, only the financial figures of losses is like 10X higher than the non-Stealth for the so called Stealth to go BANG!
