PEASANTPORE: Penang Laksa Minion Khaw Boon Wan has urged the corrupt construction sector to use high tech solutions to buck up sagging productivity and reduce the reliance on cheap foreign serfs.

He however hinted he is aware of the kickbacks that plague the construction sector.

In a blog post "Lumpar Greed Knows No Bounds" on Thursday, Penang Laksa Khaw suggested three specific kickbacks prevalent in the industry: dodgy tenders, foreign worker levies, sub-standard materials.

Dodgy tender process ensures chums of lackeys get sweetheart contracts that they in turn sub-contract to other stupid merchants.

The mass imports of cheap foreign labour present revenue opportunities for Ruler Loong's treasury. It depress local wages, generate levy income and consume merchants' services.

Housing Mafia turns a blind eye to sub standard materials and building techniques to cover their chums' arses.

Penang Laksa Khaw warned that local peasant are aware of such tricks and the 2 abuses may be curtailed but the cheap serfs are here to stay as they are expendable cash cows for the regime.

Lumpar Netizens have written to him about high tech construction methods that save time and money and gives better results. For example, robotic fabrication and contour crafting is used extensively in Ang Moh countries, even the lout Aussies are using it.

Mr Khaw said Singapore is exploring the design of robotic fabricated high-rise buildings, where robots can assemble building components such as bricks in pre-programmed patterns.

To prove Ang Mohs are real productivity masters despite their paedophile leanings, Penang Laksa pointed out that the Forte, a 10-storey residential development in Melbourne, was completed in 11 full moons instead of 14 full moons with only four workers, two crane crews and one supervisor on-site using CLT. The same result in Peasantpore will take 100 banglas, 4 crane crews and 10 PRC supervisors, working 6 days per week for 28 full moons.

Let me repeat, Singapore properties are one of the most expensive if not most expensive in the world for the quality in any developed country. The skill sets here are also not surprisingly one of the lowest if not lowest in developed countries. Most cost goes to buy air => Land and rip off salesmen account for more than 75% of the costs. This can be easily verified in all international construction surveys which even you can find. The fact the workers and materials used in developed countries can be higher but still result in a property price a fraction of what is sold in Singapore is telling. BTW, properties there conform to real green and sick house standards. Here, all joke standards. The kickbacks are even worse. If Penang Laksa don't know or know and do nothing, he should jump out of a window on the 40th floor.
