This is shocking to hear happening in Melbourne. If this happened in Northern Territory or Brisbane it's still understandable. But Melbourne?

Pek, on the other hand, has been shocked by the racism she encountered in Melbourne. She and her husband were spat on while walking along Princes Bridge and yelled at by passing drivers. Someone even threatened to punch her husband.

Compared to 2018, The racial hates is noticeable among Gen X Aussie, but their youngster are more friendly and open to Cina Old man like me in my 2025 visit.
