As many of you know, Mr. Schulz died in his sleep on February 13, 2000.

He also announced his retirement just a few weeks before, and this comic was to be the last one he would draw.

(note that the date on the comic is 2/13/00!).

Mr. Schulz had been drawing Charlie Brown and his friends for almost 50 years!

Oh Charlie Brown!
