THE husband and the only son of a Chinese national killed in a traffic accident here have sued the driver who ran her over and the bus company.
Mr Luo Zhiqiang, 46, and his son, Kaipeng, 15, are seeking more than $250,000 in damages for the accident that occurred two years ago.
