It is easier to fuck FT in your company if you have confident and flair of a superior beings. I just told an FT in my company either he perform his work with utmost standard or fuck off from the companies. Though my boss love cheap foreigners, but my words towards the FT send my boss to cloud nine. Next day, all these "FT" shrank whenever they saw me walking into the office with "an air". Give them the feelings that you don't play politics, but by the rules of upholding standards, and no FT is indispensible. I tell you, they will suck up to you in no time by calling you "yes sir", "yes madam"...you guess the nationality.

From my various friends' anecdotes, Pinoys and subcontinental Indians are the worst porlumpars. Their overtly ingratiating behavior would make even the most hardcore PAP grassroots volunteer blush in embarrassment.

Yes, exceptions to the norms exist. But that is why stereotypes exist: a fairly accurate assessment of certain trends inferred from previous experiences, so as to save you time and trouble from figuring people out individually.

By then, I will command heaven and hell in the companies under my ransom. Try and sack me if you dare and see what hell I can turn your company into and create an ambience that the boss himself will call quit. This is call dragging down the boat if you push me into the sea. Of course I don't encourage people to do that, but if you are innocent and have contributed substantially and responsibly and yet being ill-treated in this way in favour of FT (especially if your boss if FT), you should know your rights to do what is right.
