extra $15 will do jackshit. there will still be foul ups because the baby ward is truly fucked up with unprofessional, poor quality admin and nursing staff. an additional $150, $1500 or $15000 per delivery will not suddenly unfuck the system. 
Like that how to ask peopl to give birth to more babies when you need to pay xtra $$ to ensure that you collect the right baby despite the hefty medical expenses. :*:

Back when I was young, it was common for the older generation to scold their mischievous child, " I must have taken the wrong baby home from the hospital", or " you were picked up from the dustbin". Those days, "tek kar" hospital, was much more chaotic , people were less educated, really wonder, how many, have taken the wrong baby home.!!??
Fast forward 21st century....better system, education, TRAINING etc...you get a wrong baby..something must be very wrong with the system or the training, cannot be the pay...they are all very well paid!

Looks like we have to practice DIY home 'proof of baby kits' like in TVB shows,,,get a blood sample from the baby, than one from wife or husband and see if it mixes,,,than know if baby is the right one...

Tell KKH to sue those involved including the newspaper...let's see if any public apology for those who spread such rumors surface. There is no smoke, without a fire...the hospital excuse would be, the patient HEARD WRONGLY!! she was under epidural...& was still 'stoned"..it is HONEST MISTAKE!!

It was only in the fifth paragraph (2nd column) that it mentioned that KK do not collect the extra fee.
If they take a very serious view of this misinformation and will be raising this directly with the entities involved, then start with the newspaper.
