From No. 5 Simon Road....to travel & pay $3.50 is just to the taxi stand at the opposite side...don't think it was $3.50....either it is a case of sabotage for the army regular...must have tekan people in camp...& they know he drives taxi moonlighting....so they " blanket party" him so to speak...he gets fined & "hum tup kaki" & his career advancement is now zero.... that is what it is.
