In tribute to late Dr Goh Keng Swee, STOMPer Alvin Lee and his friends spent two hours in the rain on Sunday (May 16) creating a sand sculpture at East Coast Park Castle Beach to honour the great leader.
Dr Goh Keng Swee, second Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore between 1973 and 1984, passed away on May, 14.
STOMPer Alivn Lee said:
" It was an impromptu gesture and we did not earn anything out of it"
"[Building the sculpture is ]To share our respect by doing something, something the great Goh Keng Swee will be proud of."
