Teo Ho Pin, coordinating chairman for PAP town councils and MP for Bukit Panjang, said: “Water tanks have got many areas which are difficult to access for normal inspection and become very challenging. You have water breeding in some of these places because the birds actually bring leaves and twigs and choke our rooftop, drains and it is quite difficult to inspect rooftop every day.

"Firstly, we have improved the gradient of the roof. Secondly, we have put in some kind of chemical, to make sure that this chemical will prevent the breeding of mosquitoes at our roofs because some of our roofs are older in design. They are more prone to ponding."

And he didn't thought about that earlier on?

In his lifetime, he will be milking taxpayers $56 million and this is the kind of value he adds?
