I went to the smaller OCBC building (along Church St) behind OCBC Centre to collect some documents recently. collection was (I think) from 930am, I was early, reached 9am.

0900hrs to 0930hrs - many many CECAs walking in to work carrying their backpacks
0930hrs to 0945hrs - many many CECAs coming out of building without backpacks, looks like they were going for coffee.
