I can't see what's wrong with the PAP member beating up the cheap foreign worker. It's the natural order of things, where the higher caste beats up the lower caste. It's called karma. If the lower caste had been better behaved in his previous life, he wouldn't have been born and remained a lowly cheap labour in this present life.
